AI Strategy & Transformation Advisory. Structured Execution. Measurable Outcomes.
Navigating the AI Era: Strategic Advisory & Consulting
Artificial intelligence is redefining how businesses operate, yet many organisations are still unclear about where it creates real value.
As a digital transformation advisor and AI consultant with over 15 years of experience working alongside SMEs in Mauritius and internationally, I provide consulting services that help business leaders cut through the noise. My work combines practical executive advisory with doctoral research on AI adoption, allowing me to translate complex technological change into clear, actionable strategy.
I also develop practical frameworks and tools to support structured adoption, including The AI Adoption Ladder™ and AIReady.mu, an AI readiness diagnostic designed to help organisations assess where they stand and move from curiosity to controlled implementation.
Alongside this work, my doctoral research focuses on AI readiness among SMEs in developing countries and Small Island Developing States, with a particular emphasis on extending traditional readiness frameworks to better reflect the human dimension of adoption.
"Intelligence is not just about the quality of the answer, but the clarity of the question. Before we accelerate with AI, we must refine our execution."— Faaleh M. Sookye
