Who I Help

AI advisory for organisations that need clarity before acceleration.

The work is designed for teams that cannot afford vague AI enthusiasm. They need a practical view of what is ready, what is risky, and what should happen first.

Leadership teams

Executives who need priorities, governance, and a credible roadmap.

Professional services

Firms managing client data, quality control, and knowledge work.

Education institutions

Providers balancing AI use, academic integrity, and policy.

Operational teams

Services

Five ways to make AI useful, governed, and easier to adopt.

Start with an advisory conversation, a readiness diagnostic, a focused workshop, or a roadmap engagement depending on where your organisation stands today.

Training Formats

Workshops can be delivered as standalone training or as part of a wider AI adoption engagement.

  • Executive AI briefing
  • AI readiness training
  • AI governance training

How Engagements Work

A calm sequence for moving from AI interest to AI execution.

Good AI adoption does not begin with tools. It begins with diagnosis, priorities, governance, capability-building, and a roadmap people can follow.

01
Diagnose

Map readiness, workflows, data quality, and informal AI use already happening inside the organisation.

02
Prioritise

Score use cases by value, feasibility, risk, and operational readiness before budget is committed.

03
Govern

Set practical rules for approved tools, client data, human review, accountability, and escalation.

04
Train

Equip leaders and teams to use AI safely through workshops, prompt practice, and responsible-use guidance.

05
Roadmap

Translate the findings into a 90-day action plan and a longer adoption path the business can actually follow.

Outcome: a practical AI adoption path with priorities, guardrails, training needs, and next actions.
Research-Led Advisory

Strategic AI guidance grounded in how organisations actually change.

I work at the point where strategy, governance, training, and execution meet. The objective is not to make AI sound impressive. It is to help leaders decide what is ready, what is risky, and what their teams can adopt with confidence.

Most AI advice assumes large budgets, mature data teams, and Silicon-Valley-level operating conditions. That is not the reality for many Mauritian SMEs and institutions.

My doctoral research examines AI adoption in small and developing economies, including Mauritius and other Small Island Developing States. That research shapes my consulting, training, readiness assessments, and governance work.

The result is a practical advisory style: diagnose the organisation, simplify the workflow, set the right guardrails, train the team, and only then move toward tools and implementation.
